What we do
MyKaval is a self-monitored home security and life-safety service. Customers install a UL 985-certified security panel — manufactured by Nice North America — together with sensors for door/window, motion, smoke, carbon monoxide, glass break, flood, and panic. The panel communicates securely with the MyKaval cloud, which delivers alerts to the homeowner's phone in seconds.
Self-monitored, by design
MyKaval puts you in control. When something happens at your home, the alert goes directly to you and the members of your household — not to a central monitoring station. You decide whether to call emergency services. We believe the people who care most about your home should be the ones who respond to it.
Because MyKaval is self-monitored, it does not contact police, fire, or medical services on your behalf, and remote alerts depend on power, internet, and panel connectivity. It is not a substitute for professionally monitored alarm service.
Built on certified hardware
Life-safety is not the place to cut corners. MyKaval is built on security panels that are UL 985-certified by their manufacturer, Nice North America — the same category of certified hardware used in professional installations — paired with a modern app and cloud that keep you informed in real time.
